Kathryn Kuebler, PA-C

Kathryn Kuebler, PA-C

Kathryn Kuebler, PA-C, received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Russell Sage College, Troy. In 2016, Kathryn began her medical career as a physician assistant in primary care and transitioned to the urology field in 2018. Kathryn has a more profound connection working with urologic cancer patients, which influenced her decision to change her specialty. Kathryn always felt comfortable and had a sense of belonging with medicine ever since her mother's cancer battle. Working on the oncology side of urology and helping patients and their families the same way her mother's care team supported her family gives her a bit of gratification. Kathryn has gained extensive knowledge on UroNav®, an ultrasound MRI fusion biopsy used for suspected cancer patients showing real-time results, from her experience and research working the field. Kathryn believes having good communication is key for quality care. She recalls a specific time when she and her colleague saved a patient's life with a cancer diagnosis. That's why Kathryn believes understanding all aspects of a patient is most important to create the most effective treatment plan. She aims to focus her care on disease prevention and management.

Originally from Rotterdam, Kathryn always loved the Capital Region area and was happy to further her medical career in the place she grew up. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys being active – hiking, kayaking, and running. She also likes to complete puzzles and paintings.
