Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Thomas Cacciola earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Siena College. He proceeded to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lehigh Valley Health Network.
Dr. Cacciola always knew he wanted to pursue a career in medicine, specifically obstetrics and gynecology. He loves seeing the big smile on parents' faces when they look at their newborn baby for the first time.
Dr. Cacciola cares for his patients as if they were his own family. When it comes to providing care, Dr. Cacciola believes staying up to date on the latest treatment methods to provide the best possible care for his patients is most important. He has a particular interest in endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, fertility evaluation, fibroids, transgender care, high and low-risk pregnancy, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He is adept at complex surgical cases via robotic, laparoscopic, and vaginal approaches.
In his spare time, Dr. Cacciola enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as the family’s two dogs. He likes art, fitness, photography, and the outdoors.
