Community Care Physicians' offers a patient portal, called mycareDOT™ powered by FollowMyHealth®, for patients to communicate with their doctor’s office remotely using a computer and the internet. With mycareDOT™, you can ask questions about your visit, message your provider, request appointments and prescription renewals, receive some test and lab results, and even receive appointment reminders.
