Technical Requirements



What devices can I use this on?

VICA is available for the iPhone 5 or newer (iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, 6, 6S, 6S plus, SE, 7, 7 Plus), iPad 2 or newer, with iOS 8 or newer, and Android smartphone running 4.1 or newer.


What if I have trouble using the app?

If you have trouble using the app, please use the Request Support form or email concierge@communitycare.com to request support. A team member will help you with your issue.


What happens if I sign out of the app?

Don’t click the sign out button, otherwise, you will have to resubmit your information and reschedule your appointment. You can, however, just close out of the app. A notification will pop-up on your phone at the time of your virtual appointment.


Can you schedule multiple appointments in VICA?

You can schedule multiple appointments in the app - for example, for a husband and a wife. However, to do so you must sign out of the app after the first appointment is completed and then resubmit information for the second appointment.
