Appointments



What are the hours?

Providers are available through VICA during the hours of operation:

Monday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm

If you try to use VICA outside business hours, a notice will appear within the app alerting you as to when VICA will reopen. We will continue to add service hours and will post notices on our website and within the app with the most up to date information.


If under the age of 18, do you need parental consent?

We need parental/guardian consent to offer care to anyone under the age of 18. This can be verbal consent to our Concierge.


Do I have to wait for an appointment?

Once you request an appointment within the app, the concierge will contact you to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you and the provider. There will be instances where appointments are available shortly after requested. However, it is more likely the appointment will be scheduled for the near future.

Using the app, you do not have to wait in a traditional waiting room for an appointment. You can go about your daily activities until your scheduled appointment using your phone.


What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

You can use the app to reschedule and/or cancel your appointment. You will then be contacted by the concierge.
