Conditions Treated VICA Telemedicine

VICA can be used by patients of all ages at Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. At times, your practitioner at our office will schedule one of your appointments as a “virtual visit” and you will use the app for your visit, instead of having to travel to our office. This is often helpful for certain follow-up appointments, to save you time and money.

Additionally, VICA can be used if you have an urgent issue that arises unexpectedly. Instead of coming to our office or utilizing an Urgent Care Center, you can initiate a virtual visit with our practitioners using VICA, so you can receive care from wherever you are.
