Melissa Deimling, MD is a Board Certified Pediatrician at Latham Pediatrics. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Health Sciences Center. She was an inductee in the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Deimling completed her pediatric residency at Duke University Medical Center, where she also served as Chief Resident, and most recently was on faculty as Assistant Professor of the Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Deimling is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her professional interests include well child care of newborns to adolescents, and she has special interest in care of premature infants, and adolescents. Outside of the office, Dr. Deimling enjoys exploring local outdoor and indoor offerings with her family, cooking and enjoying great food, listening to music, and training for short-distance races.
