Michael Burke, MD
Dr. Michael Burke graduated with a B.S. in biology from LeMoyne College. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Health Sciences Center at Stony Brook, New York and his Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. He completed his residency in medicine at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, N.Y and his geriatric fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Mass. He is certified in internal medicine, geriatric medicine and hospice and palliative care. He currently serves on the IPRO Committee for Transitional Care. He has extensive experience as medical director in geriatric care facilities and has lectured and taught frequently, having served as course director for continuing medical education in geriatrics at Harvard Medical School.
