Ranked #55 nationwide in largest survey of American workers of its kind
The National Top Workplaces list was determined solely by feedback gathered through an objective employee survey. The survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP in conjunction with 30 leading regional newspapers throughout the country, including the Times Union’s Top Workplaces 2012 program in which Community Care Physicians participated.
Once surveys were completed regionally, Workplace Dynamics took the very best of each region and held the national competition. Community Care Physicians was ranked against the very best workplaces in major cities, including Chicago and Boston. The national list compiled is the definitive list of the top employers in America.
“Employees of Community Care Physicians see real meaning in their work, “ said Richard Scanu, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Community Care Physicians. “We are successful because we share a uniform commitment to providing quality patient care to our Capital Region community.”
The survey uses a proprietary set of 22 questions to rank companies. The survey data showed that employees most want to work at companies with high levels of organizational health, companies that set a clear direction for their future, and execute goals well.
This recognition comes after being named locally as a Top Workplace in 2012 by the Times Union (in their first annual program) and also as a Best Place to Work by the Business Review six times.
“The best places to work are companies that recognize their employees are their best asset,” said Scanu. “It’s important that we thank all of our employees for their service and dedication to the company, our patients and the community. As a team, we help create places where people want to work and where patients want to receive care. Our employees are the reason we have been, and will continue to be, a top place to work.”
