Dr. Osborn is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Osborn completed his internship and residency training at St. Joseph Hospital Health Center (SUNY). He was raised in Manlius, NY and has special clinical interest in office procedures. Outside of the office, he enjoys baseball, skiing, soccer and reading history.
