What do you do when your child has a medical issue and your regular doctor isn't available? Community Care Physicians has opened the area's first Pediatric Urgent Care Center just for this situation. The Pediatric Urgent Care Center is the first full service acute care center in upstate New York exclusively for children, providing pediatric medical care on weeknights and weekends. We care for children and young adults (newborns to age 18) on a walk in basis.

We know children and understand their specific medical needs. That's why, in addition to having doctors who are specially trained in pediatrics, our facility is also designed to put a smile on your child's face. From the office dècor to the caring and compassionate bedside manner of our pediatricians, The Pediatric Urgent Care Center is designed to be a warm and welcoming environment to help make your child more comfortable and your experience a little bit smoother. From the colors of the exam rooms to the items in the waiting room, everything is family friendly. Our goal is to provide you with quality care to address your child's needs as conveniently as possible.

Our office is conveniently located in Clifton Park, NY and, as part of the largest multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region, we can provide easy referral to specialty services when needed. Our office is dedicated to supporting families and providing immediate medical attention to children at times when it's just not convenient to wait. As partners with your child's regular physician, we will provide documentation to your doctor's office to ensure continuity of care.
